We were delighted to receive three new Great Taste awards this month for our Anglo Italian sausages, dry cured back bacon and dry cured streaky bacon, bringing our total to seven over the last three years. This year was our first venture into dry curing our delicious outdoor reared Scottish pork and we are thrilled that the judges were impressed with the results!
